> How to shop?

1. View categories and add products to favorites.

You can search for products by categories and filters. We have more than 2500 unique models in the e-shop and several sizes of each. In the upper right corner you will find a heart, click on it to add sneakers to the wishlist. In this way, you can create a list of sneakers that you like and make the shopping process easier. 

2. Choose the size and add the sneakers to the cart.

We have all sneakers available in several sizes. If you are not sure about the size, you can look at the size chart, or you can contact us on Live chat, where we will gladly advise you. Do we not have your size available on some sneakers? Write to us and we will try to find it!

3. Choose a shipping and payment method.

We currently use Packet, PPL and UPS. You can have sneakers sent both to your address and to delivery points throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We offer payment by card, Apple/Google pay, bank transfer, cash on delivery. You will see the payment details in the order confirmation and in the e-mail. Don't forget to enter the variable symbol. Cash on delivery is only possible for goods marked "Express shipping."

4. Wait for an email from the carrier.

After receiving the order, we will send you a confirmation. As soon as your order is packed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. After that, the sneakers will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

5. Collect the shipment.

As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail with a code that you will use to receive the shipment. If you choose home delivery, you will receive an SMS in advance with the expected delivery time. We hope that the sneakers make you happy!
