Instructions for shoe maintenance and complaints procedure

Dear Consumer, Thank you for purchasing our footwear, which is covered by rights against defective performance, which means that you have the right to have the goods free of defects at the time of receipt. With the purchased footwear, you also receive this sheet, which includes instructions for the maintenance and care of the footwear. You can find this sheet in e-mail attachments and also on the website of the e-shop www.bbns.cz . Study it carefully and keep it!

Selection of footwear

When choosing shoes, make sure that the selected type, size and width of the shoes exactly meet your needs. Try the shoes on thoroughly before buying, observe the minimum excess in the length of the insole of approx. 1 centimeter compared to the length of the foot. An inappropriately chosen type of footwear, size, width or shape cannot be a reason for a later complaint. When choosing, carefully consider the purpose for which the shoes will be used. Use the footwear in a way and in an environment corresponding to its purpose. In our case, these are collector's shoes, which we do not recommend for everyday wear and wearing in bad weather (rain, snow, etc.) If the size does not fit you after trying it on, you can return it within 14 days of receipt or exchange it for the optimal size via the form returns and complaints, which you can find here . In the case of a size exchange, enter the bank account in the line - Exchange for this and that size.

Care and maintenance of footwear

The lifespan of footwear depends on its proper maintenance and care. Change your shoes often, especially in humid environments. Shoes must be thoroughly dried and aired out after each use. Even after a short period of use, the inner part of the footwear becomes wet due to the sweating of the feet. Never dry your shoes near a heat source. Wash the dirt with a weak soapy solution, wipe dry and use a product designed to treat and impregnate the top material (you can buy Crep Protect on our website). Avoid getting your shoes wet. It can leak into the shoes! Never wash shoes! Leather and textile footwear is not impervious to water, which penetrates both the leather or textile, as well as the stitching or joints of the upper parts. The color of the shoes may partially fade when slightly perspiring or wet. (use of ecological colors)

Principles of proper footwear

When putting on and taking off laced shoes, it is always necessary to unlace the shoes. After putting on the shoe, it must be firmly laced up to the last hole. When putting on shoes, always use a spoon to avoid breaking the heel part. Never take off your shoes by stepping on the heel. Do not wear shoes barefoot.

Claim conditions

In order to accept the shoes for a claim, it is necessary to prove the purchase of the shoes, preferably by presenting the invoice you received by e-mail. For a complaint, the shoes must be presented complete, cleaned, free of all dirt and hygienically sound. The seller shall substantiate the complaint with a written statement about the condition of the received footwear, where the defect of the complained footwear is precisely defined. The specified period is a maximum of 30 days and is indicated on the confirmation of receipt of the complaint.

The complaint applies to

Manufacturing defects or other contradictions with the purchase contract that occur in the course of defective performance in order to comply with the purpose of the goods and the recommended treatment method specified in this letter. A defect is understood as a lack of goods, which limits or prevents its further use, without, however, the cause of this condition being wear and tear of the goods caused by normal use, intentional or unintentional damage and neglect of basic maintenance rules.

The complaint does not apply to

Appearance and functional changes to the goods and their components, having their origin in worn goods caused by normal use, intentional or unintentional damage and neglect of basic maintenance rules, incorrect choice of size or defects that are not claimed immediately after detection without unnecessary delay. Wear due to improper selection and use. Damage to goods caused by oil, diesel, gasoline and other aggressive substances.

ATTENTION!

With intensive use, the life of the shoes may be shorter!
