RETURNS ARE EASY

You don't like or don't fit the goods you ordered? Do not be scared. You can send it back to us within 14 days and we will refund your money or exchange the size. We are happy to exchange your size for a larger or smaller size. Exchange for another type of goods is not possible, due to frequent different prices for different sizes. If you are interested in other goods, you must create a new order.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Fill out the return or complaint form
  2. Choose shipping
  3. Put unworn goods in the box
  4. Wrap the box in wrapping film, paper, a plastic bag or a larger box. Please do not paste over the original box. Damage to the box also devalues the goods. This is for a reason, as these are often limited edition sneakers / clothing or accessories.
  5. Within the online form, which you will find below, you can purchase return shipping to us, with the carrier PPL

    You can purchase the transport, as part of the return and complaint form.

        - A label will be generated for you straight away, which you will receive by email.

        - or you can choose the option of own transport and choose the carrier that suits you best.

We do not reimburse the cost of sending it back, so it will not be returned to you. We will refund the full purchase price, i.e. the price of the product + the cost of the original shipping to you.

IMPORTANT WARNING

  • Do not send the goods cash on delivery or as a parcel to a parcel shop or post office - they will not be accepted.
  • When sending by your own choice, we recommend insuring the package for the value of the goods.
  • We will send the money to the bank account that you fill out in the return or complaint form. The amount will be returned, including postage, in the amount of the purchase price. Within 14 days at the latest, but I can usually do it much faster.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
  • The goods must be unworn and able to be resold.
  • The goods must be packed in the original packaging, which must not be damaged. (For example, by covering with adhesive tape, for the purpose of transport)
    The goods must not be damaged or devalued in any way by you.
    If we find the returned goods damaged or devalued in any way, the claim may be rejected and the goods sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  • proceed in the same way as when returning goods
  • Write us in the notes for which size you would like to exchange the product
  • ATTENTION! Size can be exchanged only within the same product model. If the price of the new size is higher, we will send you the new size on cash on delivery, in the value of the difference in the goods.
